Set in the existing ISPAT General Hospital, the Ispat Post Graduate Institute And Super Specialty Hospital at Sector-19, Rourkela is designed as a Steel Intensive Structure for the Ministry of Steel. The project was inaugrated by the Hon. President of India in March 2021. The project was executed by NBCC Ltd, a Government of India CPSU in record 16 months time.
