ARCH-EN DESIGN was awarded the project of Master Planning of New Moradabad Township through an International Competition organised by Moradabad Development Authority.
The township was planned in an area of 1000 Acres with 60 meters and 30 meters wide roads to segregate the various sectors. Different Land uses like Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Bulk Sale, Housing and Recreational are proposed in the campus. An Eco park of 35 acres is also provided in the township.
