Ashok Kumar, the founder of ARCH-EN DESIGN, is a Gold Medallist from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee - 1983.

He received a Gold Medal for the overall best performance and another one for his Thesis. During and after his Degree, he worked under a few Architects in Delhi and Mumbai before establishing ARCH-EN DESIGN in 1984.

Annkit Kummar is working as Vice President - Design & Planning, which he joined after completing his Master's in Architecture from Architectural Association School of Architecture, London.

He has previously interned at Jasbir Swahney and Associates, New Delhi where he gained considerable experience in Cultural, Commercial, and Institutional Projects. He is currently heading Institutional, Offices, and Commercial Projects at ARCH-EN DESIGN.

He has been instrumental to the firm's Design and Development for the past 10 years. His interest is in the research-based design process fuelled from his thesis project which won accolades in various online and print journals such as Evolo and World Architecture Community. His research interests majorly oscillate amid computational design processes and generative architecture for adaptive, customizable, high-performance architecture. He gained his B.Arch from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. 

Sakshi Mathur is working as Vice President - Design & Planning, which she joined in 2015.

She has previously worked at Gian P. Mathur and Associates, New Delhi for 3 years after her internship at Rajinder Kumar and Associates, New Delhi where she gained considerable practical experience in Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, and Interior projects.

She is currently heading Hospitality, Cultural and Residential Projects at AED. She completed her Bachelors's in Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, NCR, and then shifted to London for Masters's degree in Computational Design.

Shalendra Pratap Singh is working as Vice President Engineering at ARCH-EN DESIGN, which he joined in 1995.

He has considerable experience of more than 25 years in the Civil Industry.

Over 22 Years of Experience in the field of Urban and Regional Planning, Architectural and Allied Engineering Consultancy, Green Building and Sustainability planning, Teaching/Training, and Project Management.

Worked in the capacity of Vice President, Group Head, Senior Architect and Senior Project Manager and Expatriate Architectural Consultant for various Government, Non – Government and Private Sector Organizations of National and International repute.
